Monday, April 14th, 2008To reach any level of success you must be able to separate yourself from any emotional feelings that are contrary to your desires. Once you set a goal for yourself you can no longer think along the lines of: I don’t feel like it, I’m tired, Its to hard, It won’t hurt if I don’t do it right this time etc. These thoughts are a cancer to your achievements. When you break down your goals to daily simple task, you must discipline yourself to carry them out. A great way to discipline yourself is, by visioning yourself doing the task and enjoying it. Hold the vision in your mind all day and replace the emotional feeling of not wanting to do, with the feeling you will have after your goal is complete.
