Operate in Integrity

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

Little white lies turn into disappointing character flaws. If your business partner witnessed you lying to someone, is it safe for him to believe that he will be lied to one day? What about the parent that lies in the presence of their child, are they giving their child the permission to lie to them “under certain circumstances”?

You actually hurt yourself more when you practice lying. Making a goal for yourself is great, yet if you are a liar your word loses value to you! It’s the catch 22 in full effect. When you lie to others, over time your word becomes meaningless to you. There is nothing more unattractive than a person who’s words have no effect on themselves. Give your words life and value, by operating in integrity you give your words more power.

Remember your word is all you have! Make it count every time!

Action: Tell the truth!
