How to eat a cow? Explained here…

One burger at a time!

You didn’t think it was possible to eat a cow whole, did you?

So why do you look at your goals that way?

Even losing weight is much more doable when we look at it as 1 pound a week for 30 weeks, opposed to the “I have to join the gym to lose 30 pounds” attitude. There will always be a disconnect, because naturally we think… I gotta have it right now, our conditioning makes us feel we must lose 30 pounds in one week. When a person looks at the “30 pound mountain” pulsating in front of them , it tends to be very discouraging. One pound a week is a much more attainable goal.

How did you grow to an adult from an infant? One day at a time.

(I’m saying it simple because it is that simple)

The same principles that were used when you were a child still apply! This proven system has worked for you time and time again. The problem is… you didn’t know it! Apply it to every area of your life… and continue to achieve!

Action: Take one day at a time

Great reminder, Kenneth. It is important to break our goals down into achievable portions. We get more done and have more successes to show for ourselves.

Thank you! It’s our pride that wants it to be more complicated then that. I was listening to a cd by the motivational speaker Jim rohn and he indicated that even he was not able to attain all he was talking about. We never arrive, but we can continually grow.
