Sexual Energy redirected!!!

Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008

Giving up sex is one of the hardest things to do for a lot of people. Transmuting your sexual energy can propel you to heights in your personal, spiritual and business lives only dreamed of.

Denying yourself of short lived pleasures, opens the door to long term enjoyment. Sexual energy is the driving force behind creativity for both men and women. Our competitiveness and strong desire to dominant is driven by our sexual energy. When you have fulfilled your pleasures sexually, you also lose motivation to conquer in all aspects. Sexual gratification has its pluses (many of them), yet if you have a big task on your hands, or you’re simply looking for more motivation from within. Draw back on the sex it will show substantial results in your life.

Action: Deny yourself of your sexual urges and channel your energy in another area of your life, and observe the difference in effectiveness.

Practice makes a ton of MONEY!

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

We have all heard practice makes perfect yet it also makes a ton of money! The most successful people in the world have studied and practiced daily to acquire their comfortable positions in life.

From people on the big screen to our favorite athletes all of them participated in the wonderful world of practice. There are countless examples of people around us who have practiced themselves into success.

Micheal Jordan, David Beckham, Robert Deniro, Mariah Carey, Anthony Robbins, Tiger Woods, Jay-z, Rihanna, Linkin Park, Michael Jackson, Floyd Mayweather, Donald Trump, have all practiced their craft to the point where others will pay to see them perform. We tend to forget that our superstars of today are regular people with a huge passion to develop into someone bigger. The same is true with book authors, by studying and practicing certain areas of interest an author makes money by selling his/her experience, information and ideas.

Anyone can become great and highly recognized by many! Its simple just ask yourself, what are you practicing everyday?

Not only does practice make perfect, it also makes a ton of money!

Action: Practice something everyday!

Change your thoughts, change your LIFE!

Monday, April 21st, 2008

For many people its very hard to believe in success. Most love the idea and love to daydream about living a successful life but quickly dispel the thoughts of them actual living “The Life”.

Our past experiences shape our thoughts of the future. Believing we are either worth more, or destined to settle . Either way our actions and decision throughout life support whatever belief system we have accepted, and we continue to produce results that confirm our “feast or famine” thoughts and behavior.

Everything in life starts and finishes with your thoughts. You will win the race, or either lose the race first in your mind before you hit the race track.

Become the master of your thoughts, any person that has achieved any type of success in life has first taking control of his/her mind and his/her thoughts. Its a skill that has to be developed over a period of time. Through daily concentration and awareness of your thoughts, you will reap more control each day its practiced.

You must remember your mind works similar to the computer. A computer only has a certain amount of gig space on the hard drive, but if you continue to put useless downloads on your computer, and programs that are never used. Eventually it will slow up your daily functions and operations.

When you participate in random conversations that add no value to you, it eventually takes away from you. When you involve yourself in relationships that lacks growth and offers no challenge, you “pigeon hole” your own growth.

Action: Find ways to change your thoughts and support your beliefs. Be aware of every conversation you enter into and ask yourself is this getting me closer to my goal. If its not then… you know what to do!

Change your thoughts, change your LIFE!

Write your success story!

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

A great way to vision your goals and to create the emotional push necessary to accomplish them, is writing your own Success story.

Before you just grab a pen and start to scribble all your dreams onto a loose leaf paper. Take some time out and ask yourself what means a lot to you, where do you see yourself in 6 months to 5 years. I recommend doing a 6 month Success story, but you can do one with any time frame that suits your vision. (Your time frame is very important because this will also be your time line for completing your desired goals.)

Next after you’ve thought about what you really want, start to think of a great title to add flavor to your story. Use your life experiences to make it real to you. Example: Former drug store clerk takes her talent as a performer to Broadway where she’s an instant sensation! Create a headline thats takes you from your present to your future, and one that also sparks an emotional fire inside of you!

Once you have you killer headline, its time to write your story. The body of your story should look like this:

  1. Write about you and your past accomplishments and failures.
  2. What you currently do now, and tie it into your breaking point or your actions that started to change your outcome.
  3. Write about your breaking point, break through, your successes and the great life your are living ( be as animated and emotional a possible throughout the story)

After your story is complete read it, it should be so vivid and nerve striking that it demands immediate action from you!

Read your story with passion 10 times a day for one month, and watch your life grow into you Success Story!

Stand out from the crowd!

Friday, April 18th, 2008

Your circle of friends should always be people who you can learn from. Being around people who add value to you, has been dated back to King Solomon and his wise counsel.

Lets say you inherent 1,000,000 dollars and you have a great idea never to work a job again. You now have to find ways to put your money to work for you! Yet your friends and associates are people who make around 25,000 dollars a year (have no concept of residual or passive income), and they love to go to the bar and gossip, and often borrow money from each other. These are the people who you have received advice from for years and you consider their opinion when making your decisions.

What happens when you ask for their advice or you tell them your situation?

Your friends may think you are crazy for thinking you will never have to work a job again. They will also have their hand out to either borrow from you or out right ask for things.

Let say you walked into a room full of millionaires, as you started to network with them you learned many ways to make money outside of your conventional 9 to 5 way. You exchange numbers with them and they start coaching you on what they have done to be successful at never having to work for someone again.

Which example would add value to you, and which one will take away from you?

When you take advice from someone, you buy their lifestyle!

Personal development is made up of daily disciplines.

Tuesday, April 15th, 2008

Personal development is needed! Whether you are eating better to live a healthier life, or you are reading a self help book to acquire a better quality of life. Whatever area you are focused on, it will take a daily commitment for an effective change.

Are you willing to sacrifice?

Lets say my desire is to become successful making $50,000 every month. I would have to find people who make $50,000 monthly and study what they do. See what habits they’ve developed and develop them also. I’ve always heard people say success leaves behind clues!

For example: Joe Girard was famous for selling more cars than anyone else in the World. Now if my goal is to become a great car salesman I would probably look up Joe Girard and one of his many books on selling. To be a great salesman I must first study selling and master the craft!

Which means:

I will turn off the T.V, instead read books on selling!

Instead of a great night of fun with the guys or girls, study the paperwork process for a car purchase.

Instead of long hours on the phone, look for ways to get new customers.etc

Your commitment to these daily disciplines will provide you with lasting success as a car salesman. Now take out the example of the car salesman and replace it with your desire and look for ways to develop into the person you want to become.

Best Wishes Post your comment and let me know your daily disciplines.

Embrace the feeling of becoming a winner!

Monday, April 14th, 2008

To reach any level of success you must be able to separate yourself from any emotional feelings that are contrary to your desires. Once you set a goal for yourself you can no longer think along the lines of: I don’t feel like it, I’m tired, Its to hard, It won’t hurt if I don’t do it right this time etc. These thoughts are a cancer to your achievements. When you break down your goals to daily simple task, you must discipline yourself to carry them out. A great way to discipline yourself is, by visioning yourself doing the task and enjoying it. Hold the vision in your mind all day and replace the emotional feeling of not wanting to do, with the feeling you will have after your goal is complete.

How will you feel after you achieve your goal?

What type of smile would be impressed upon your heart?

Embrace the feeling of becoming a winner!

Once you’ve achieved one goal you now have the successful recipe to go out and achieve many more.

Goalsetting

Friday, April 11th, 2008

Goalsetting is one of the best things anyone can do! Making a list of your goals and breaking them down into small easy to do task on a daily basis, is a sure way to ensure your success at the end of the tunnel. Self discipline is needed to stay on track, to do the “small but essential” task in order to realize your desired goals.

What is one of your goals every morning before you leave your house? Isn’t it to leave your house clean and presentable? So what do you do… take a shower, brush your teeth, groom your hair, iron your clothes etc. You do all these things to ensure you leave your house clean and presentable, in the process you’ve created daily habits. A step by step process for leaving your house clean and presentable, has now turned into a series of small task that’s done before you leave your house to ensure your goal is achieved.

Achieving your goals isn’t hard, just break them down into simple task.

Picture a staircase there are many small steps before you get to the top, if you removed all of the steps it would be a lot harder to get to the top, and for many its impossible to jump to the top. Yet the each individual step was created to make your journey to the top more attainable. If you take this same approach to all of your goals you will reach your goals every time!

Why discipline yourself?

Wednesday, April 9th, 2008

Great question! I really can’t remember how long I wanted to be in business for myself, make tons of money and live a great life. I also realize that there are many people who shared the same thoughts. Yet some people will think it, others attempt it, yet only the passion and conviction driven ones will achieve it!

I also realized that this was true with every undertaking some will see their goals to the end and others will not. What is the missing link between those who accomplish their goals and others that don’t? Discipline is the key to all accomplishments!
